ENCAUSTIC: Monotype Print

You will learn the basics of working in two-dimensional encaustic monotype prints, including safety precautions, introduction to materials, pigments, resources, and a brief history. Techniques of layering, mixing, drawing, and preparing the paper will be taught. Includes all materials, demonstrations, and hands-on experience. Open to artists at all levels, though basic knowledge of color and composition is helpful. Space is limited.
